Double SP for the following items. Please post if you are bringing them so I know if I need to get anything on the way up.
White, red, and yellow ribbon for headbands. No limit to the amount of spools we need of this.
Black ribbon for bound items (so thinner than headband ribbon). One or two spools is sufficient.
Makeup sponges
Baby wipes
Index cards (3"x5" preferred)
Also double SP, but I do not expect anyone to have these for this weekend:
Solid-color tabards. If you can do a reversible-style color on one side and black or brown on the other, that would be amazing. Between 42"-48" long is the best length.
Size approx. "large" plain peasant-or tunic-style shirts in neutral or earth-tone colors, like white/off-white, browns, dark greens and greys, etc. Bigger or a little bit smaller is fine, too, just trying to fit the most people at once to avoid overcrowding the garb closet, so please stay away from extremely small sizes.
If you end up making any of these items, please keep in mind how long you spent working on them as well as the cost of materials.

Also, if someone can get a good line on reusable quality monster masks that aren't going to break the bank, please bring it to our attention! Some of the masks we have, while functional, are older than some of our player base. It's time we freshened those up a bit too. All I ask is that you please bring a picture, or only purchase one initially to find out if it's of the quality and sort we need to be donated.
Seriously, the Logistics staff, the Monster Marshal staff, we love making it rain Service Points on people who come through on stuff like this. More tabards, masks, even headbands, means more things you'll see come out through the weekend. If I have no yellow headbands, how are you supposed to get mugged on the road by NPC's, who can't be hidden, walking back to your cabin at night? Also, you'll improve the atmosphere of the game greatly too, which makes everyone and everything look even better! Thank you!

I actually already purchased three creature masks for donation. I didn't know who to ask about them ahead of time, so I just bought them. Besides, one was a purchase specifically for this event.

How many reversible tabards and peasant tunic style shirts would you need?

Tabards: 70 million Honestly, when we use tabards a lot (like those fire elemental tabards), they get used not just for small encounters but also big ones like main mod with 20 NPCs. 5-10 of any color is good to start; 20 of black or brown (total, if they're reversed with the colors). If anyone making these wants a color suggestion, pale or medium blue would be a good one to start with.
The shirts, looking for maybe 5 to start with, and then we'll re-evaluate. I won't turn away donations of these if several people end up donating them at once, though.

I found a good deal on a cotton/poly blend - $2 a yard. Not period fabric, but easy to wash and very durable.
I can make a few tabards. How about reversible: black on one side and pale blue on the other?
Very probable for the March event.
Slight chance of having some brown simple T tunics to donate, too. I can at least have just one, so you can take a look at and see if any changes are needed.

Unrelated to your actual requests, I have a large amount of old costume pieces I thought I could donate. Mostly coats and vests, some nice looking dresses too. Most of it is pretty shabby though, been through a lot.
Would you guys be interested?

Shabby isn't necessarily an issue - most of our NPCs are not well-to-do merchants or nobility after all - so long as it's still structurally sound. No sleeves coming off, busted side seams, etc. I'm going to say no on the dresses for now, but coats and vests might be nice if they're period-appropriate and not incredibly small sizes.
