Getting to play Garrun again. Having SO much unspent build... and spending a good chunk of it, with more to come.
"Carlos, do you know how, by mystical or medical means, to remove a staff from someone's ass?" "Born there or implanted?"
Friday Night Mod - "I'll guard the Inn, and protect the helpless." What started off as Carlos, a new player, and Father Paul wound up more powerful than the group on the mod as more and more people came in...
WTF? We have a weekend about secret metallurgy recipes, and it's the one weekend I *don't* play Gideon...
Excellent weather, all things considered, especially when the forecast called for an 80% chance of suck.
Saturday Night Mod ROCKED. Thank you to all who made it so much fun!

Great to be back at a regular event again.
Good RP discussions with Kwildar & Tyran. Learning other PC's history and spreading the word of Galladell one by one...
Never fully understood what was going on with the main mod, but I got to kill undead, so I was happy.
Stuffing.
Crossfire! You'll get caught up in the...
Great Mass before the feast. Wish I actually thought to say something myself after organizing it.
Thinking I had lost my new blue & white headband that Kate made me, only to find that Joe had borrowed it for the main mod and seemed to have used it to collect his ass sweat.
Listening to Draknar's mushroom plans.
Getting a new member of the Galladell Clergy.
Feeling as if we were actually winning against Derek's wakeup crew before waking up from the nightmare.

Can't type fast as my right hand still feels like its on fire...
Friday night...
1. Rain sucks, but worse is that all starlight and moonlight was gone, so walking the paths of death or the roots/rocks of doom was very painful. Daddy Allen definitely needs to have larger and smoother paths or fields between cabins.
2. 80's night at the Hookah Lounge...
2a. Hooka-chaka, hooka-chaka, hooka-chaka...
3. Not having a rogue makes Sir Soloman become Sir Trapspringer.
4. Night archery shooting in pitch black and moving targets/mob groups is the suck.
5. Post mod hookah party!
Saturday day...
1. Wakeup call was energetic and made me glad it was just a dream.
2. Denny's breakfast... aaaahhhhh!
3. Learning Willpower from Antrim was painful, fun, and very intense. It was my own damn fault for leaving my hand in the water too long and giving myself the 1st degree burns. Still, being in the moment rocked!
4. Not being able to shoot or swing my sword after learning Willpower... sadness.
5. RP-ing with Jacob and learning a lot about Galladel... hmmm... methinks you have a convert Rob.
6. Going to Mass and finding out it wasn't all about preaching (well, it wasn't all preaching, but some was there. ).
Saturday night...
1. NPCing main mod... was another body-bruising experience.
2. Seeing and hearing PC reactions when Joe called "Retreat!" and them actually doing it before they realized there was no where to retreat to.
3. The only thing Wally was missing when he was playing the devil, was he needed to be petting a cat as he sat upon that throne.
4. Wally your a devil, and you're going to kill people... you're not going to Papa Midnights and trolling for angel booty.
5. After main-mod hookah party...
5a. TV theme song night in the Hookah Lounge.
6. 12'd.
Sunday...
1. Cleaning up main mod in the rain was awful, but made finding treasure easier.
2. The Wendy's Baconator is now the official food for feeling human.
Many thanks to all the people who were able to show up, who NPC'd, and who came by at night and bought a ton of those empanadas for a late night snack.

Friday:
-Awesome RP with Caimen, followed by great RP with Carlos, Sister Rosa, and Logan. Derek, I may not always like what you do IG, but it's always fun to react to it!
-On that note, Caimen's resulting nether rash. Gyspy Hex = BEST SKILL EVER!
-Blowing my deflect for the night on Yingway's arrow.
-Delicious, delicious backrub!
Saturday:
-Discussing with Carlos the precise ceremony that occurs when a Valosian is baptized.
-Teaching my very first sword lesson.
-Nearly being killed by an unarmed opponent while teaching insult.
-The delicious food at Market Fair. Mmmmm.... cake...
Sunday:
-Learning a class I am no longer allowed to know. I take great satisfaction in being the only Gypsy Cavalier who will ever exist.
-Chris... if you ever hump my leg again, goblin mask or no, I will end you!
-Lord Shen getting thrown across the room by a 90-pound girl half his size. Priceless

My full treasonous plannings with King Claw and the forming of the MWO
Another eerily accurate tarot card reading and bring the doubts that have been sitting in the back of Janus's mind out into the forefront.
Worrying so much about a stupid bow, when it wasn't even what we were supposed to grab.
Ivillious and Abendroth's Positive Energy Portal.
New cat hair covered shirt.
Not really a highlight, but somehow missing 2 trays of tiramisu.

Friday:
Death Fiend Incaps are fun, until you get Solomon's Attention....
Goblin Cheerleaders, also fun. Lord Chen's so dreamy....
Saturday:
Looting the Guard Barracks and doing the Acrobat thing, only to fail to a bounty hunter that just wouldn't give up.
Erdrick grading my theology paper, curse you and your actual facts!!!!
Treating seven people to a drinking game, not drinking for three turns around the table, then having my sword stolen while mixing another drink for the game.
Trying to save Seamus the good ole drag away, away, away only to have my soul harvested three times.
....Masterwork Exalted Electrum One Handed Axe of Awesome.....
Overall fun event, except the whole Devil thing.... *pain*

Me and Wally's advice to Doug about the battery light in his car "Probably a false read."
"Why its where you always keep the spare, master. Under the mat."
Friday nights run through the rain as a bunch of thieves.
Beautiful weather on saturday and a great RP session with Elyse and Obes.
Chicken knuckles.
Main mod was fun, especially hearing the cries of despair from the Ghostly father. Very atmospheric.
Finally the Benny Hill sequence chasing down Mike Smith. I was laughing too hard to call damage as I stabbed him.

This Saturday night's mod was possibly one of the better mods I have been to in the last year. Very epic if you will. Having two larger threat bad guys (who can also fight well oog) was brilliant because it split the high level characters a bit and stopped any one npc from getting beaten too painfully. All the lesser undead kept the lower level fighters happy and the puzzles and side buildings occupied the non-fighters. Congrats to everyone who planned it, npced it and helped set it up/tear down. It was perfectly executed.
Also fun this weekend;
- soaking wet thieves
- getting to feel special/ play with Cecil's spirit staff
- holding a mass and having a decent attendance
- getting a man who hated me so much a few months ago he wouldn't let me heal him to call me an angel to everyone in earshot
- very good rp with Antrim, Elawyn and Quin on Saturday night post-feast
I'm sure there is more but my brain is still in that haze.

Friday Night:
- the rain was ok, wasnt really expecting so much mudd at that point though, and definitely not expecting the pool of doom mudd right next to the inn where my shoe got sucked right off my foot and was sucked into its muddy depths, oh well.
- GROCK!
"Grock is the best, you'll never beat him, he so strong!"
*Grock battles with Caimen and looses*
"NOOOOoOOooOoOoOooO! GROCK! New Grock! New Grock! You're so much stronger than the old Grock!"
*running in fear after Caimen threatened to eat us if we did not go*
- Friday night's mod equation:
[move][glow=blue,2,300]Cold[/glow] + boffer weapons + rain = [glow=red,2,300]PAIN[/glow][/move]
- Hooka Party! is a fun time to watch other people get drunk and have fun. And to hang out with your friends.
Saturday:
- LEGION. Wake up to the sound of fighting, but they cant see that you're back there just yet so you jump into a hole and hide for your moment to make a run for it. Then you wake up screaming cause you feel pain and find that it was only a dream.
- DENNY'S! Yum. Need I say more?
- Market Fair. Thank you everyone who made a purchase or donated to my cause! thank you so much for helping me get closer and closer to my goal. The next couple events may have more of a variety of foods. I'll let you know in advance.
- Merchant council meeting, interesting
- Ecsadis (sorry I cant spell your name Kenny ) I had fun picking on you and thank you for setting forth the chain of events that allowed me to learn a new skill
- The Golden frog prince from Dr. Hicks. *Kiss the frog and he might turn into a golden prince* *watch it for me*
main mod, I love body block...
- Hooka party and late night empenada guests
And finally, Sunday:
- morning entertainment, you guys rock.
- Lord Shen attacking the town and my opportune moment came to actually be useful and watching the different expressions on peoples' faces when they realized what had happened then people shaking my hand and giving me high fives for it afterwards I hope it helped a bit.
- Chaos warriors
overall, it was a good event, lots of things happened. Cant wait till the next one.

Some real quick highlights from me, as to list all of mine in a usual manner would take far too long.
'Zealot of Love.' ... I am never going to live that down.
Ghostly keeps, and Trap Springer Solomon. (Though skinning my finger accidentally while roleplaying that Kwildar almost missed the jump 'cause I noticed that my back leg landed in the 'hole' kind of sucked.)
The Clergy in general, you guys all rock, and are full of great roleplay.
Druidic discussions, and hearing about what Kwildar's reaction to something sparked afterward.
Mass. Good stuff.
The peasants are revolting! Kwildar stepping up to help to end the conflict in a peaceful manner.
Singing. Yeesh, I was nervous, and Kwildar was nervous, and we were bouncing our nerves off each other. Thank you all for your support.
Main Mod. Bloody awesome stuff.
Man mod aftermath, realizing that, for once, Kwildar's could use his stubbornness for more constructive uses than getting pwned in battle, and going off to pray on Jasmine's grave the second time.
Realizing after wandering about forever with Jacob and Gwen (Rob and Becky) that the graveyard was not set up this event, and eventually finding our way back up to the main mod site and running into the NPCs as they were coming out. Still being able to do what Kwildar intended.
Realizing that praise gets Kwildar very embarrassed.

Yo, all I want to say about those f'in' cops is, I gave as good as I got. I know at least one state cop who'll think twice about trying to put his boot on my neck in the future, unless he uses the other foot to even out his limp...
Highlights:
Highlights:
- Getting stopped by the redneck cops for "Driving with Too Many Teeth". Thank God Doug was there and managed to bribe them all with cash and NASCAR tickets. What a way to start a weekend.
- Friday night mod, the first spell packet I threw was a fastball to Vince's ear. Why do I still have combat privileges?
- Dr. Hix's golden froggy bling. Quan Liu telling me that I could fit in in certain neighborhoods of the underdark with something like that around my neck. Draknar confirming. No Derrick in sight to put the frosting on that cake.
- More Dr. Hix - absinthe-inspired fashion criticism. The fact that I started saying inappropriate things and acting as though my froggy bling was alive not registering as the least bit unusual to anyone.
- Final Dr. Hix - Chris and Damien being the first people to compliment me on my Bill Murray impression.
- Creating a profile of Lord Edelhark and determining some important aspects of rogue plot with Derrick, a notepad, and dice. LARPing is great, but sometimes you need to roll some dice to get back in touch with your RPG origins.
- Main mod - an hour and a half of solitary contemplation about how much I hate psions after one of them used an intertial barrier to entirely destroy my part of the mod in about ten seconds...
- Derrick, exhausted and voiceless, falling asleep in mid-sentence on a wooden bench in the kitchen, with whatever bits of things he could grab around him as a pillow. Dude, I think you were resting your noodle on a tin mug...

Worrying so much about a stupid bow, when it wasn't even what we were supposed to grab.

The whole working thing was a major bummer but....I still had fun!
-Finding Ethan. The absolute happiness that occurred when Alia realized he was alive earned Ethan two large hugs. Suprised even me
-Rping with Ethan. Realizing the best way to earn my way into ppls trust was to team up with an ex-lych?
-new fortunes. So much worse then the first one tho the commentary was much better
-Watching the expressions on the "old drow" when telling them of the "new drow".
-Learning something! Even if I kicked myself later for forgetting the right one to learn!
-Having the best sleeping arrangement evar...and then not being bothered! Getting 6 hours of sleep a night was awesome and mind blowing.
-Realizing that Alia actually hates someone sooo much. Laying on very thick hints to various ppl that earned me a talk with someone about how to love everyone. Having my fortune tell me about 5 hours later how all people suck just put the icing on the cake.
-Finding out ppl were actually looking for me while I was at work...I hate it when I miss that. It would make Alia so much more fun to play...
-Sun...just sunday. Derrick, we love you. My bruise is going down lol.
Oh yea- that darn bow...being useful for once! Again! Getting angry that people automatically assumed that the bow was going to Yngwie and not Kleidan. It was nice to find that Alia does care enough for some people to react that strongly. Finding Jasmina after she threw Shen was also awesome. Teaching was interesting....
More fun to all!

One of the best KR events i've had in a while
and likely a ton more.
- Randomly finding and spying on the fence and having the internal struggle of being able to rat out my own character. Reverse clark kent ftw
- Scaring the crap out of Marrybeth friday night
- Sneaking into the ghost keep
- Joe's marshaling of the Spring ritual. I've got to admit man you put some scary detail into that vision
- Erdrick finally getting the free oportunity to attack Shen
- Market faire's surplus of delicious foods
- Erdrick using two skills with a questionable tone just to have both save his life. "Hide in shadows?" and "Yado?"
- Preparing to grade the wild mage thesis, shame that Osred and I never got to it.
- Having some of the most difficult to ignore pure evil thoughts Erdrick has ever had.
- Talking casually with the most polite devil i'll ever meet.
- Beating up Chris's npc's sunday morning
- Its only treason if you loose
and likely a ton more.

This event was much fun for me, even with the stupid broken truck drama on Friday night. There were many moments that were awesome, but I wanted to say that all sorts of different players helped make one giant overall highlight for me. Everything from people I hadn't met before coming back with their pickup to unload my truck full of stuff into theirs before it was towed away... to the people who all stepped up and helped run storylines they didn't have to! Ya never know Joe, they might call you Bob my mistake now too. heheheheh
Most especially were the folks both staff and players who took up running their sections of the main mod. Everywhere you went on main mod had somebody making sure that part ran smoothly. That was totally my top highlight of the weekend.
...but I can't not comment on the humorous moments:
-- the Benny Hill music playing in my head as I kept seeing Kate running back and forth, back and forth with the glowy staff.
-- Apollo and Janus succeeding in their portal attempt... only to spin around abruptly when Aldous says "umm, I can't go get the town... the ritual won't let me leave." Is there really a ritual pause button?
-- Marybeth explaining how almost everyone refused the lower level mod hook with people telling each other "if you hear a soothing voice, just say NO!!!".

Thanks to the people who let me get some sleep and showed concern. I worked a hectic week before coming and had little sleep. Thanks again guys.
