Do you want an entire garment, or just cuffs and neck done done in fur as edging.  My wife recently made me a new vestment (for Fr. Edwin) which is lined with chinchilla at the cuffs and around the hood.  It is soft, warm, and she got it cheap (by cheap, I mean affordable for any).  She had no problem working with it with a standard sewing machine.  Leather, no pun intended, is tougher.

She has some real mink as well as some faux bear and snow leopard.  Enough of the last two for a complete whatever.  Enough mink for lining the closure and maybe cuffs.

DSW I did not sew your fur collar and cuffs by machine...all done by hand so it doesn't show...and with velcro so it is removable so the garment can be machine-washed.  It was time-consuming, but I do this in the evening, while watching TV so...  Anyway, I also sewed a "fancy" trim on to cover the velcro on the garment so it can be worn without the fur too (in the summer).  The yardage pieces I have of faux fur I can sew with my machine; and I'd even say you could machine wash it (gentle cycle) or hand wash it in the shower.
