i have heard that it is OK Quality, but nothing spectacular. The leather is very thin. Also a friend told me it is not that great, and what you see in the picture is what you get.

I could not get a clear pic of his face due to that darn hat... went with the full body shot for him until a better one comes along. ;)

I agree with what Matt said.  Their armor is extremely thin.  And it isnt really built for "normal people".  Particularly people like me that dont have a very muscular build.  I had ordered two seperate pieces of armor from them, and while inexpensive, I had to have both recut and refitted to me.  Most of their armor is only one size.

Buying armor online is a hit or miss process.  Your best bet is finding armor from Renn Faires or from someone you know so that what you can see and feel what you're getting.

I've heard that Lrpstore.com is good, I've ordered some stuff and will review it accordingly.

I hate to give negative feedback, but Dark Night Armory is cheap quality and very overpriced for what you get. Besides that, their customer service is horrible. I've two friends who were seriously burned by them. One item was damaged and when a complaint was made, they said to ship it back and they woud reimburse the cost for new stuff to be sent. They reneged and the said that the item (a metal gorget) was not 'damaged enough' so they charged a restocking fee. Seriously poor service. I'd say steer clear.
