"Ok we can attack... but if we miss, we'll hit the villagers."
"I'm willing to take that chance!"
Things I am no longer allowed to do in an RPG :
31. The backup trap handler is not whoever has the most HP at the time.
73. Not allowed to name my cudgel Ceremonial Whoopass Stick.
74. My thief's battle cry is not "Run And Live"

Does anybody know where I can find a trunk/steamer chest/similar type item for a good price? Looks like most of the ones I've seen so far start at $99. Walmart had an ugly little one for $60, but I'd like to go even lower than that if possible. Yes, I know that you get what you pay for, and a cheap one will probably fall apart, but I am OK with that.

I got the one I use for holding my Alchemy props from, of all places, Michaels, and for pretty cheap, too.

I got my trunk of miracles in a thrift store. Sanded it down, painted it up. Only cost me $30, but prices can vary, of course.

I want a large sized one for carrying clothes and whatnot (yes, like the one you have Gabe ). I'm tired of having to repack my KR stuff every weekend.

I personally went with the plastic tubs from Target during a back-to-school sale. Not only were they inexpensive, they stack, and are washable. Yes, they're not IG looking, but considering I have 6 of them... 6 wooden steamer chests would have been a bit much.
If you're still looking for the classic chest, check online for SCA & Ren Faire makers that might be able to help. Just make sure the thing is portable, and not too heavy to lift when it's full!

Just saying to keep your eyes open you never know what you'll find. Also depending on how useful it is when I move I may sell it not sure yet.
