Order Pick-up

Hi everyone!
I was browsing the LARP exchange, buying stuff and used the KR coupon for my purchases. Thanks KR! I noticed that for $0.00 I can pick up my merchandise directly at Camp Sac! How convenient! And while these may be self-explanatory, I just thought I'd ask a couple of questions:

-Where can my merchandise be picked up when I visit Camp again?
-In the case that I miss a month or so of game, can these items be held at the camp for a continuous amount of time until I next return?
-Should I contact the Director prior to finalizing my order to let him know of my intention?
-If in case it is not the Director, whom should I contact for my intention?

If you bought stuff from LARP Exchange, I would think then it's between you & them to handle shipping & other details. LARP Exchange isn't a KR owned store or subsidiary. It's a private business owned by someone who has a good personal relationship with the game.
