Looking for Headbands

I was told that there was a person that makes double sided headbands. I was hoping to purchase a set and was wondering who to talk to and how much they are. If anyone can point me in the right direction I'd greatly appreciate it!

I usually hand them out at the new player training area, blue/white double sided ones.

I realized now I can probably sell them.

Blue/White
Red/Yellow
Green

I can make a set for you, they're going to be long ones you need to tie in the back though, or are you looking for elastic ones

I could use a white headband, but my hair gets pretty long. How wide would it be?

I realized now I can probably sell them.

I would be willing to pay real or in game money for a blue/white and a red/yellow.

If anyone ever considers making elastic ones, I would totally pay for U/W, R/Y, and G.

I bought a bunch of fabric today. Going to cut them to be about 1.5 inches thick and about 34 inches long. The one that I use for myself is about an 1.25 thick and 28 inches in length. I can BARELY tie it on.

I *REALLY* want ones that I can make with EL Tape so they can be easily seen at night (you would see a glowing halo in the distance) - or at least make just plain white ones with EL Tape so the marshals can be easily seen or something.

JUST IDEAS. There is a high chance I will be on the proper for the next feast. My staff repair is my top priority but when my carpal tunnel starts to flare up, I will switch to the headbands :)

The elastic fabric is too expensive for my wallet right now.

I'm loving the EL Tape idea. I had a problem a few months ago where I had a green headband and wanted to join in for main mod. The good news is, it was just my hand (tendinitis, I feel your carpal tunnel pain) so I could body protect it and take hits otherwise, but I was point and click damaging. Very few players could tell what headband I had.

I would be VERY interested in a Green one that glows in the dark for my son, if you can make one.

Lowe's sells glow in the dark spray paint. I work at Lowe's. I have green fabric. Wanna give me two bucks, Jason?

I'm a veteran of Magic: The Gathering, and tend to differentiate Blue from Black using their jargon. The color wheel is WUBRG, with U being Blue. Old habit! :P

I might be trying this method out. Can't make double-sided ones, but they're cheap, supposedly durable, compact, and easy to put on/take off. And honestly, will it kill me to carry two more headbands? Supposedly can get at least two out of a pair of tights, and, depending on the size you need, might be able to get more than that.

no no no no no
Don't use spray paint!!

They have glow in the dark fabric paint! You will sweat and the paint will rub off.

While an excellent idea, I did start looking in to it and dealing with battery packs is going to to be the most difficult part...unless you knot it in to the back of the headband itself or have some kinda system where you can velcro it to your shoulder, but then we gotta worry about the wires getting caught in tree branches or something similar.

Keep in mind that glow-in-the-dark is not permanent, as well.

I spend hours of my life backstage. I know how often you have to charge glow-tape, and it ain't fun/worth the effort in this particular situation. At least, that's how I feel.
