Welcome! I'm Matt one of the new player marshals. Some of the places do have power to sleep at. I cam see what i can do about reserving you a bed since you have a medical reason for needing one.

You can bring a cooler, but be aware, this is bear season. It would be best to store any food in the main inn building refrigerator.

As far as feast goes, it's provided for you, so ask you need is garb. If you are npcing the weekend that will be provided, so long as you have some neutral black clothes.

Hi, Marcia!

I'm Jeff, another New Player Marshal. If you have any more questions between now and game, feel free to post them here. Otherwise, we'll be there Friday to help you out if you need us.

Quick question. Are we allowed to have a camp fire? I'm going shopping for snacks and if possible I'd like to grab some stuff to cook over a fire.

A number of the Lands have camp fire areas with grills. If you talk to them, I'm sure you could use one, or cook with them when they are cooking.

Kaladonia is probably setting up our grill this month for example.

As long as there is no fire ban in place. Please ask staff members whether a fire ban is in place, before you start a fire. It will also be announced at opening announcements, if there is one, though I doubt there will be given the weather.
