The Lake Motel is less than 5 minutes away, and they have rooms left. You can call them at 845-339-2913. All of the ownership issues from last year are cleared up, and they were VERY responsive. Mention you are with Knight Realms, she'll try to arrange a discount!
Note that this is NOT a big chain hotel - this is a privately run place with 10 rooms, that's it. It's literally down the street from the Moresca Hall, though, meaning it is incredibly convenient.
