KR Compensation Sheet was created by Gallion (Gallion)
As promised there is a new Knight Realms Compensation sheet. This sheet only needs to be filled out when compensation being given to a player exceeds 2000 SP or 2 Build.

It is now downloadable as a PDF on the Knight Realms website.
Here is a link: www.knightrealms.com/resources/downloads...tion-sheet/file.html

If you have the ability to do so, please print these out and bring them with you already filled out when you plan to donate anything that would earn you more than 2000 SP. If you truly cannot do so ahead of time, there will be blank copies available in logistics.

1) Clearly print out your name, the month/year, and your base card number.
2) Fill in Quantity, then total SP or build. Grand total in shaded area in each column.
3) If you are earning build then make sure you are specific about your card number.
4) Have the marshal who is awarding you this SP sign the appropriate areas.
5) Hand the sheet into a marshal at logistics.
- That Marshal will check to make sure other marshals have signed off
- They will then print their name, sign and add their own card number.
- They will add the build and SP on your card along with their signature.
- They will take this compensation sheet and put it in a records binder in logistics.

Notes:

If you are donating anything that is valued above $250, please attach a receipt. If there is no receipt because it is an older item, please make note of that in the note section of the sheet.

If you are unsure of the value of an item for any reason you may hazard a guess as long as the amount sounds reasonable. If the marshal signing off on the donation does not agree with the estimated value they may discuss this with you or refuse the donation.

This system is intended to bring fairness and accountability to how we compensate everyone for thier efforts. We will evaluate this system after six months and again after twelve months to see if any further adjustments need to be made. Thanks for your help in this!
