The errata states

A list of deities and their associated damage types can be found in Codex D.


Currently Codex D contains no information on damage types as the deities did not have damage types outside of mystic previously. Can this information be added to the errata or do we need to wait for the rule book to be updated?

Oh, that's a typo. It's actually in the Ability Supplements in Chapter IV.

Typo will be fixed for next version.
