Awards for August, 2006
Captain Flay
August has two winners for PC this month, going to both Kait Merritt's new physician, Saul SluggBottom, and Sean Zipay's creepy pirate, Captain Flay. While both perfectly pleasant people in real life, Kait and Sean take steps to role-play repulsive and creepy PCs. Any characters that actually find themselves willing to interact with them are met with consistent role-play and a memorable interaction. Thank you both for adding such interesting characters to the world of Knight Realms!

Jess Corter
Jess Corter wins NPC of the Month for her Hobbit cook, Rosa. Jess' racial role-play and costuming were exceptional, and in many cases amusing throughout the weekend. Most people never even realized Jess was NPCing, further showing her commitment to RP even when not playing her PC.
Kate Lytle
The award for Player of the Month goes to Kate Lytle, one of our wonderful Canadian players. Every event Kate arrives with a spectacular and upbeat attitude, even after her atrociously long commute, ready and willing to help out anyone in any way she can. She also (along with Sean) supplied the game with a ton of new, hand-made costuming, including some absolutely beautiful pouches and bags.
Goblin 43's Trap
This month's winner doesn't actually go to a Cabin, but to the site Steve painstakingly set up as a distraction for the PC's on Friday night as he attacked the Inn as his PC, Goblin 43. The forest was literally lit up with glow sticks, which you could see from quite a distance. The site was certainly amazing, and worthy of this month's award.
