Awards for December, 2009
Radu Dragovic
Jeff McLean as the Gravedigger - Radu Dragovic stole the show this weekend. From his Russian accent and Winterdark history lesson, to his broodish and unpolished demeanor, Radu made you feel dirty and cheap just for talking to him. Watching him peddle his gravedigger’s insurance was hilarious and interactions witnessed between him and random townspeople were always entertaining. Welcome back Jeff, we can't wait for more!
Kyle Steele & Unknown
Kyle Payton Steele as the hobgoblin slave driver. He had his head up his ass in typical hobgoblin fashion, and it got better on an adventure to save Brick's voice. Thanks for your efforts Kyle! We’d also like to give a special thanks to the new guy who played a Lord for the Rogue's Guild job. It was his first event, and he really went above and beyond to make that role important and believable. He sat completely in character for over an hour, making up most of his stuff on the spot. Terrific job, please come tell us your name!
The Setup Crew
The players that came out to setup on Thursday get our accolades. Along with the normal setup, they helped James create “Shanty Town” which included the breakdown, moving and resetting of beds, and gathering mattresses. In addition, this was all on their personal time. Thanks so much for your help! (Please see James for your reward!)
Father Edwin's Room
This month was difficult with all the tight quarters, still there were several rooms or cabins that managed to make the best of the situation. We’d like to give the award this month to Charlie for Father Edwin’s room. It was well decorated, comfortable looking, and stayed that way throughout the event. Good job!
