Judge DeVoe as Jediah Frost
There were many good choices, but we have to go with Jed Frost played by Judge. From his makeup and costuming, his dark benediction at feast, the various conversations her had, to his defeat of Commander Kapriel and his actions afterwards... Judge does an unparalleled job of portraying an evil character who is an undeniable part of Travance. There aren't many words to describe how well he did, tiny details here and there, mannerisms and movements and then of course the public grand stands. Judge shows even after decades of coming to this game he has not lost any enthusiasm or excitement for it and continues to up the bar. You ROCK!!!
Sean Hallahan as the Valosian Priest
There have been hundreds of random NPCs sent out with simple goals like preach for a God, beg for food, and many other mundane acts. This month, Sean Hallahan was sent out as a priest of Valos to preach the good word. Unbeknownst to him, this slightly obnoxious priest found himself in the middle of a fight between a Paladin and his adversary. Sean was thrust into a situation where Good and Evil were using him to fight each other verbally. What started as a Willpower lesson for the Dark Paladin soon turned into a courage lesson for the horrified priest being subjected to what some may have considered to be torture. He took this situation and never strayed from his belief and role. This moment was beyond incredible and we hope Sean continues to bring out this level of excellence in his future roles. Great job Sean!
Gene Stern
Every month, many members of Knight Realms show up for the event more than happy to help out any way they can. This month, we need to recognize Gene Stern for his selflessness. Even when he was planning on a full scale murder rampage with Billliamm, he set aside his own plans to rock an incredible role as Kapriel. He knew his window of time to track down the evil characters and stuck to the rules perfectly. This kind of understanding and willingness to roll with the punches where they come, is a prime example of a player who cares about the game while still able to keep true to his character. Well done Gene!
The Market Faire
The weather and cold were a bit of a hindrance, but our players still did whatever they could to make the atmosphere as inviting as possible. Since many decided to hunker down at the Inn for much of the event, the tables and rooms at market faire were extremely well done. So this month, we are recognizing all of the market faire areas. Everything was gorgeously decorated and with multiple people selling different things, the entire strip felt like an actual bazaar of buying, bartering, and displaying of wears. Thank you for bringing all that you did, even in the bad weather.
