Awards for May, 2008
Apollo
Apollo was all over the place this event, fully in character and fully a part of everything he could get his hands on - from dying on Friday night while casting a ritual to playing Bocce Ball in the sun on Saturday afternoon. His RP was spot on while working with magic, particularly rituals, and while putting a mythal up this event he became completely absorbed in the "invisible strands" all around him. You could truly imagine that when he was looking in odd directions, he was plucking at another strand. Great job Rob!

Those who witnessed these creatures I’m sure will agree that they were inventive, cool-looking, and creepy as hell. Those white floating and bobbing umbrellas with glow ropes creeped most people out as they moved silently through the darkness. You wanted to reach out and touch one or follow them, but KNEW it would be a bad idea. They helped make a very cool atmosphere for the mod and were just - hypnotic. Great job with the creation and implementation!

Tom was a big help at this event. He was hurt while on his NPC shift on Friday night. After that, he had a little trouble playing, so he helped in the monster cabin. He also helped Doug set up mods even though he couldn’t bend his knee and still helped with kitchen cleanup for his camp cleanup when he probably should have been sitting with his leg up. Thanks for going above and beyond Tom!
Kaladonia Statehouse
The cabin was done up excellently with banners strung up all about and whatnot. It gave the cabin a rather regal feel to it. Great job to all of you that stayed there and helped to keep the place looking and feeling in-game.
We’d also like to give a special thanks to Matt and his Mom. He brought his mom to her first KR event and made her cook an absolutely delicious meal for all of us! And for that matter, thanks to all the moms who attended and to those who had to wait for their children to come home from the event, tired, dirty and hungry before they could celebrate Mother’s Day with them.
