Awards for November, 2009
Rudolf and Dougal McMutton
Congratulations to both our winners for PC of the month! Rudolf the candy man got noticed in a big way this month. From his character development to his role-playing, Larry Wile really brings his PC to life. He is a perfect blend of subdued curiosity and clever banter with a great accent. Dougal McMutton is another smith who keeps pushing the RP envelope on how to play a perfect example of how to approach a role playing class. His smithing techniques and attention to detail continues to impress his fellow players and staff alike. Great job Doug!
Matt White as the Namierran Scout
Matt as the Namierran assassin stole the show. This NPC drew a lot of people's suspicion early on, but managed to convert a lot of it to trust before turning on the town. He really helped his storyline unfold into something big.
Andy B.
This was an especially tough category to choose a winner for this month. There were so many people who just said, "Anything you need, just let me know", but none of them more than Andy. From Plot planning to plot execution and behind the scenes heroics to devoting at least half the game to playing an NPC, Andy came through in a big way. Thanks Andy!
The Celt and Winterdark Tents
Congratulations to both our winners for Cabin of the month! The McKraegar/MacSweeney tent was beautiful to behold, and ended up being noticed enough to find it’s way into becoming both plot points, and battle points (most significantly with the bandits Saturday night). They had even gotten an archery field cleared nearby (with a tree as a target). Jen and Damien setup a "tent" down in the area that is normally the Forge in warmer weather and it looked amazing! They had hangings on the walls and a little table setup with props. All OOG stuff was well hidden and their efforts of creating atmosphere was well received. We salute your diehard tent driven roleplay!
