As per the rulebook: Lore Divinity is a more in-depth version of Lore: Religion that ALSO covers a language. A Priest/Cleric/or Divine Scholar with Lore: Divinity can teach Lore: Religion.

Yes on Humans having Culture lore humans.
No to the second one: you would have the relevant homeland to your PC: Kormyre, Seledrias, Darkholme, Tarrush, Etc.

In looking at my card online, I see at least one Lore that is restricted, but is no longer marked as such on my card. Will this be changed, so that I know what ones are restricted? (I don't want to teach it to someone by accident, and then find out they didn't get it on their card because neither of us realized it was restricted at the time.)

There is a formatting error for some reason currently that is only marking/moving some of them at the moment. I'm going to try and fix this before the weekend. I think the solution might actually be to delete all the restricted lores and then re add them manually. Bear with me.

Hey! Just checking in. Will the old Culture Lores be learnable off of Lore: Monster, like this post says? They're not in the list in the Character Builder yet, and I haven't been able to pick up the ones I should have through rewrite.
I know these things take time, I just didn't know if this audit was still ongoing or not.

Newbie question. I see that "beholder" is on the list of creatures. Is that like D&D's beholder? I only ask because that's unique IP for D&D, and Hasbro's lawyers aren't easily amused. (As I recall, there are three monster types they lay claim to and won't even license to third party settings like Paizo's Pathfinder. The beholder is one of them.)

Depends on which list you have. If you have Scholar with access to Lore Any, then yes, you can learn anything on the list. However, Commoner has Lore: Monster which is replaced with Lore: Creature. So as it is written right now, you cannot learn Culture lores without being a Scholar or have an approved history that indicates growing up int hat region.
When the Rulebook is reworked, after the coming updates, the Rulebook will be reflected appropriately. Until those updates are released, the Lores will not be available.

Lore: Creature includes the defunct Culture Lore list, unless that's changed? That was kind of the point of the name change as it was explained. Cool if it was dropped, but the change was announced and then never addressed.

None of the lores under "Creature" are cultures. You may only gleam some information about the culture of the creature you have the lore for at marshal discretion. Those are the only lores available from Commoner.

Since the new update is going to also include the option to buy a printed book, will trademarked materials like beholders and displacer beasts be removed? I don't want to see KR get a C&D letter, however politely phrased. It would mean, at the very least, removing them in an emergency edition in order to not get sued.
As for lores of your region: Matt, you phrased it as:
I had thought it was a character's birth region/race. So does this mean that, if the approved backstory mentions spending a significant time in two places, a character could get the Lore for both regions? Or must they only have one for free?
Example: Bob grew up in Londwyn, but when he was 20 he moved to Coast Haven and has spent the last decade there.
Option 1: Bob spent his formative years in Londwyn, and therefore has Lore: Londwyn. Bob also spent the last decade in Coast Haven, and therefore has Lore: Coast Haven.
Option 2: Bob spent his formative years in Londwyn, and therefore has Lore: Londwyn. However, he will always be a foreigner in Coast Haven, and does not get that Lore for free.
Option 3: Bob spent his formative years in Londwyn, but the last decade is more immediate. He may choose to have the Lore of either region, depending on what he feels is best for his character.
One potential negative for either 1 or 3 is that, logically, any character who has spent enough time in Travance gets Lore: Travance. Because of that, I had thought 2 was the standard, but just thought I'd clarify. (It matters for my character, if the backstory gets approved.)

No, Voodoo is not a source or power. While it was used as a moniker, the religious practice falls under having Lore Religion and Lore Coast Haven.
