Townsfolk of Travance,
It is with the utmost pleasure that I announce a foray into the history of your part of the world. Secrets of the past will be brought into the present! Or so we would hope to do.
Due to the generosity of your Count, his Grace Sebastian Everest of Winterdark, The Dwarven Artifact and Mining Group is pleased to announce that we are in the process of starting a dig site in Travance.
Due to the nature of the actual site, we are limited to certain areas but it still leaves us with the opportunity to unearth some wonderful knowledge! And of course, we wish to share to opportunity with those who are part of this community.
Therefore, we are asking for 11-12 individuals who have no fear of getting their hands dirty. Digging can be arduous work! We would also ask that anyone who wishes to join the expedition; at the very least, be able to protect themselves, or bring someone who can protect them. We found the indigenous life in the area of the dig site to be somewhat resistant to our efforts.
In accordance with the terms of out agreement with Count Everest, while we are here to find specific artifacts, any other artifacts that we may recover will be shared with Travance. We shall also offer a modest stipend to those who assist us with the dig.
So if you are prepared for hard work, and have a thirst for knowledge, we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible. We will be accepting applications for the expedition until the Friday of the feast. We will inform the lucky individuals of their acceptance before the expedition takes place. When applying; please include the following in your correspondence:
Your name
Your career (or how you make your living)
Will you dig, protect the dig team, or both
Why you wish to join the expedition
We will leave a runner to expedite these messages in Travance (oog: PM Zahir). We look forward to hearing from you!

Baroness: "Billliamm, I'm teaching the bards a song that will calm the enraged, and I can think of no better person to assist than you."
Billliamm: "Uh... are you sure you want me flying into a rage inside your nice house... with all your nice things?"
Baroness: "I think this sounds like an excellent lesson to be taught outside."
