Gems range in size, shape, color, and value, from a few silver up to 100 gold for a well-cut and rare diamond.

Two questions:

How much are you prepared to spend, and in what fashion? (Coin, barter, services, etc.)

What is the intent for which you are purchasing it? There is a big difference between a stone for a wedding band, and gems used for mystical purposes.

I am really not quite sure as to how much to spend. I have a bit of gold saved up at the moment, so perhaps 30 gp or so. I am hoping to have something to help me heal more. I tend to still tire quickly.
