Notice to the Citizens of Travance from Guildmaster Ardin Silverbow was created by Silverbow Patriarch (Ardin)
This is to advise the [strike]citizens[/strike] subjects of Travance that I have named Belegchand Dinephilin the Guild's High Scholar of the Arcane. As High Scholar, Belegchand coordinates research for the Mage's Guild. I wanted the citizens of Travance to be made aware of his status within the Guild so there is no confusion when he speaks for the Guild in my name.
