Wotcher Mister Tobar,
What marvellous news! May I be the first of many to congratulate you and wish you well - couldn't have happened to a nicer gent, what. I look forward tremendously to meeting your spouse-to-be! Here's hoping for sunshine and pleasant weather over the caravan next week-end.
Back home, we used to have a tradition of gift-giving whenever folks such as yourself were wedded. However, I see that you've taken the trouble to indicate that such measures will not be expected at your ceremony. I just wanted to inquire as to whether you'd still be open to receiving some form of gift, or if offering you such would be insulting in any way? I've something in mind that I'd very much like to present to you to mark the occasion, but only if doing so would be appropriate and inoffensive.
Very good Mister Tobar. Once again, my most heartfelt congratulations - I look forward to celebrating with you soon.
For Queen and Country,

How pleasant; in trying times such as these it is a relief to hear tell of spring weddings and blossoming romance.
I will endeavor to attend,

Arthur,
Gifts will be received in the spirit they are given. Ruindol and I merely wished to make it clear that they are not required.
Verrill,
We appreciate the well wishes.

Lad and Lass....
I will try tae be thair for the wedding but events n' critters foul (of the two and four legged kind) may keep me busy during it. If I am not present, it be safe to assume I am tryin' to keep it from being spoiled by unwanted guests.
Wishing you always walls for the wind,
A roof for the rain,
Tea beside the fire,
And the love and laughter of those you hold dear.
