It's the Connections issue!

The final issue of the Chronicle for 1214 will be all about Connections.

When we describe how things relate to one another, we are making connections. A connection can be physical, like the harness used to guide oxen, or emotional, like the connection between a mother and child. It can even be something mystical, such as the song of the Amaranth that connects us to our Grove. As we approach our battle with Balfurous, consider the connections in your life, from the obvious and common to the rare and dangerous. Can you see the connections around you?

If you have a story about connections, we would like to hear from you! Please send any submissions on connections, or a topic of your choosing, to Amizar Wuzwhir, care of the Chronicle.

Compensation for work that we publish is 10 gold per work, and the Barony considers it additional service to the common good ((OOG: 400 SP per article, and build for consistent contributors)). The deadline is Sunday, November 23.

With all the feasting going on around the land, it is easy to forget that the deadline for the next (and final for the year) issue of The Travance Chronicle is coming up fast. In fact, it is next Sunday, November 23.

The theme this month is "Connections," but we encourage all subjects to contribute on any topic. In addition to words, we are looking for artwork, songs and poems. Advertisements are also welcome!

But don't delay! Submissions received after Sunday may not be included!
