Could we have a physical description of this person?

It is helpful to know these crimes. However it will be easier for the Bounty Hunters to catch this menace to Travance if they have a physical description.

When last seen, Sarib was of middle height and middle age, short dark hair and beard. Well dressed, as would be expected of a successful merchant.
