Call for Submissions - September Chronicle

First, an apology: The Chronicle presses threw a cog last moon. We’ve rebuilt it, and upgraded it so we can handle more complex printing. The August issue will be distributed at this coming Festival, as well as any remaining copies at the September Feast along with the September issue. This month’s Chronicle theme is music! We’re welcoming musically inspired submissions of all kinds, from lyrics to sheet music to essays and poems about the way that music affects you. Tell us about an especially inspiring song, whether it was one you heard or one you performed! If you’re a composer, tell us about your process! What does music mean to you? Does it serve you in daily life, or is it best served in memorializing special moments or people?

We also, as usual, welcome off-theme submissions of news, artwork, and essays on other topics, as well as questions for Grognar. Pay is 10G a submission, and the Barony considers it service to the common good ((OOG: 400SP + build for consistent contributors)). The deadline is Sunday, September 6th at midnight.
