March 1216 Chronicle - Learning from the Past was created by Onca (Lorelai)
The past, when viewed from the lens of the present, can show its flaws, the mistakes made, the wrong turns, with a painful acuity. While these memories can be difficult, they are all the more important for what they can teach us.
It is most important that we know what has occurred in the past, to avoid repeating it, and this past moon was a strong reminder of this fact.
In the theme of our recent travels through our world's timeline, we at the Chronicle decided this month's theme would be "Learning from the Past".
Please feel free to submit articles, art, poetry, song, etc. in keeping with this theme, or whatever you wish to include, to the Chronicle offices on Honor's Peak in Pendarvin.
Remember to always speak to Thalia Burdorn each month at feast for compensation for submissions.
[OOG Note: submissions should now be sent to , so as to avoid anything being missed/overlooked/forgotten. Thanks!]

Is the intent of this issue to not reach the ones leaving for the island? I only ask because the deadline is 5 days from now, and we are leaving tonight or tomorrow morning.

I have had an offer to get the final articles printed and sent over via alternative methods from friends.
(oog the logistics are trying to get people to write in a limited time frame and not knowing about the boats until too late to up the deadline.)
