June 1216 Chronicle - Unexpected Allies

The month of June is upon us, and the Chronicle theme for this month is Unexpected Allies!

As always, we ask that articles and contributions arrive in a timely fashion. While we understand that the next feast is close, we hope to receive any submissions by Tues, June 21st, 1216. Please try to adhere to this closely, so we have time to review as well as set the print type for articles.

If anyone has interest in ongoing employment for news columns, art, or other ideas, please reach out for review. We would love to have more ongoing columns, such as Grognar's advice column, or the assistance of Ilana and Illyrin in "Events of Last Feast". If you can offer your own help with these columns (or items like them), please do contact us.

Lastly, please remember to see Thalia for payment of any submissions. There is a backlog of payments due, and it is unfair to make Thalia reference records that are quite old.
The payment for submissions is:

--A news article or informative piece will be rewarded with more experience, but the rewards for service to the barony and gold will remain the same. [1 build, 400 SP, 10 Gold]
--An anecdote, story, poem or song and most art will be still be rewarded with service to the barony and gold, but no longer carries the same breadth of experience. [400 SP, 10 Gold, No build]
--Ads are 5 gold for reusable ads (once ever), or 2 gold for single-use /single season ads.
