Tavrick Diplomacy

For those unaware of what the Tavrick Accords refer to, Ser Kestral of Kaladonia, had been working towards undermining the control Duke Balliol had on the city of Tavrick for several months. Resources were devoted to arming the populace with the means to revolt and the city was near ready to boil over. At that point, with the assistance of Commodore Piper, she devised a plan of diplomacy to sneak in and secure the city without shedding any blood, and utilized some well placed connections to ensure success.

The enemy had no option but to surrender and request negotiations for a treaty. The territory of Tavrick has since been claimed for Kormyre by her and her supporters.
