The Treaty of Tavrick

The 5th Division of the Empire will peacefully pack up their supplies and vacate the town of Tavrick. Upon the date that they depart, conceding the territory back to control of the Count's forces, the Kingdom agrees upon their honor to take no aggressive actions against the capital city of Trovand until after the spring months have passed. This treaty has been agreed to by the high general of the 5th Division and the Duke of the Empire of Kormyre. As a show of good faith, we will be delivering a hostage that was taken several months ago.

Addendums

The year shall be added to the stated period of time to specify that the cessation of aggressive actions against the agreed upon targets ends at the conclusion of Spring in the year 2019.
The terms of non-aggression shall be mutually upheld. The Empire of Kormyre will take no aggressive action against the town of Tavrick or the Kingdom troops stationed there until the end of Spring in the year 2019.
To return the gesture of good faith, the Kingdom of Kormyre will send aid and relief to the people of Trovand. This relief will be delivered directly to the people of the city. The relief will not be directed toward the Empire's military forces, and will not contain any aid supplies that may be weaponized.
