TROLL BALL EXTENDED FEAST 1219 was created by Magnus (hippy g0th)
Troll ball will be returning to travance as part of the Valosian games.

Additionally the Palmidia Troll Ball Association would like to sponsor vendors willing to sell refreshments, as well as any groups willing run the gambling. (please contact me privately, or post here if interested)

THE RULES

- Troll ball is set up on a large field with a barrel on either end with a “troll head” in the middle

- The goal is to simply get the troll head into the opponent's barrel and score points

-All special Abilities supernatural or otherwise do NOT work on this field ((oog no tag skills spells or profs, your card does not exist for the purpose of this game))

- Teams consist of 9-12 players
-5 Starters
-2 Healers (you need not the actual ability to heal)
-2 to 5 Reserves

- Each team is to bring 5 “One handed swords as well as two sashes with your teams color”

-At the beginning of each “round” both teams starters should each have a 1 handed sword and both healers should be wearing sashes. Both teams starters should be behind their barrel, and once the whistle is blown the goal is to grab the troll head and get it into the opponent's barrel. Once a team scores you have 30 seconds to set the troll head back in the middle and get back to starting position before the next round begins.

-Each game consists of two, 5 - 15 minute halves, the exact time of the halves will be based on the interest in the game i receive.

-If a player is struck anywhere by a sword they must immediately take a knee, flip their sword upside down and hold it above their head, they may not move (except for purpose of safety) and may not speak. Being Struck on cloth counts, cloaks are not recommended

- Healers are allowed to stay out of bounds (where they may not be struck) but can run Inbounds (where they may be struck) grab a sword from a fallen player (who may now leave the field and join the reserves) and give it to a reserve who becomes an active player.
- You may switch who is a starter and who is a reserve at any time, Healers may only be switched at half time or in case of injury.

Placing the Troll head in the opponents barrel will score your team 1 point,
If both the opponents healers are “killed” and you place the troll head in the barrel it will score you 2 points
If both the opponents healers are “Killed” and all of the opponent's active players are also “Killed” your team scores 5 points
