Talent Night at The Black Bird
Come one, come all, talented or not.
Starting in April the Black Bird will hold a Talent Night hosted by Fadeith Vine on Saturday Night from 12 bells to 2 bells in the basement.
Talent slots will be 5 chimes each and should not go over the 5 chimes mark.
Bring any Talent you please whether it be juggling, singing, music groups, comedy, monologues, or any strange talent you may have.
Please keep it appropriate
What you must bring:
Any props or instruments you may need
An object to pass around at the end of your set to collect tips
A good attitude and a smile
There will be absolutely no “booing” the talent or name calling no matter how bad the set is we are a community and must treat everyone with respect!
There will also be 2 spots on reserve for people who come from “out of town”
If you have any questions or concerns please report to Fadeith Vine
Rules for talent:
Please arrive 10 chimes before your talent slot
Please bring any and all props or instruments you may need
Bring an object you can pass around at the end of your set for tips
If you can, try and stay past your slot to support the other talent
Please keep all acts appropriate (PG13)
If slots aren't chosen by 11:30pm on Saturday the time slots will be moved up to prevent a long stand still
Each slot will be up to 5 chimes long and no longer, plan accordingly
if you need time for setup and cleanup please sign up for the slot before and after your desired time
Rules for everyone:
No “booing” or name calling the talent, we are a community and everyone must be treated with respect no matter how bad their set is
No stealing tips… I WILL CATCH YOU
If you can spare the coin please tip the talent
Be supportive of everyone who goes up and presents their talent
Try and stay as long as you can to support everyone
